This year’s Conference theme is “Exceeding Expectations: Customer Service in OST”. Think of great customer service in a store or restaurant. What does it consist of?
- Friendly and helpful staff – when you enter a store, they welcome you warmly and do whatever they can to make your shopping experience positive. Friendly and Helpful OST Staff welcome their participants every day and go out of their way to make sure kids feel safe and comfortable.
- A quality product – something that you know is well-designed and will serve you for a long time. A Quality OST Product is a program where activities are engaging, fun, and challenging, and they are designed to get kids thinking, creating, learning and growing.
Join us to learn how you can provide excellent customer service in an OST setting!
